Frequently asked questions

What is the typical photo booth set up time?

Our goal is arrive 1 hour before the scheduled event start time. This will allow time to review the photo booth area and speak with coordinator for any changes or requirements.

How much space is needed for the photo booth?

We ask that an 8 foot by 8 foot space be reserved for the photo booth. This will allow clearance for the photo booth station, props table, photo strip printer, and back drop. Please let us know if space is limited and we can work with you on best layout options.

Can the photo booth be set up outside?

Although an indoor set up for the photo booth is always the best option, we do offer options for an outdoor layout as well. We just ask that the following are available: a level surface to set up, access to a power source, and shade depending on the time and weather forecast.

What if I don't have power available for the photo booth?

If power is not available for the photo booth, we have power banks that can be rented for the day of the event to run the equipment. Please see 'Add-ons' page for pricing.

Do you require a deposit for the photo booth rental?

Yes, we do ask a $100 reservation fee to hold the date for your event. This deposit will be applied to the final balance.
